-Booking policy – Terms & Conditions

To keep us all happy, here are just a few terms and conditions, we except you have read and understood them.

1.We cannot guarantee your party the area you request althpugh we will try our best.
2.We endeavour to supply seating for all of your group. However on rare occasions the seating capacity does not permit this and therefore we cannot guarantee there will be seating for every member of your group.

3. A £50 deposit must be paid to secure and confirm a booking for groups of over 10 people.  A bar tab will be provided and will be on a use or loose basis. Alternatively when permitted arrangements may be made for remaining funds to be use on a later date. However a cash refund will not be made.
4. We only accept deposit by card, unless circumstances permitted cash payments.
5. If a door charge is applicable on the night, your group will be except from this charge.
6. Where food is provided a 50% deposit will be required a week before the event.
7. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to any bill over £500.00
8. Where a minimum spend has been arranged and not been met, the remaining balance will be chargeable.
9. Ladybird bar has an over 21 door policy, however on occasions we will allow 18 years and over.
10. Door policy will apply to all bookings and management reserve the right to refuse entry at any time. In the event of entry being refused arrangement will be made to return a deposit.
11. In the event of a cancellation, a deposit will only be refunded if we have had at least one weeks notice and have not incurred any losses due to cancellation.
12. We have a no drug policy and in the events of refusal of entry due to miss use of substances no refunds will be made.
